He said President Rodrigo Duterte will visit Batangas today to inspect the evacuation centers set up there due to the eruption of Taal Volcano.
DHSUD estimates that each evacuation center can accommodate 150 families with four and five family members.
And from here, depending on the evaluation, he said the president is open to provide funding in case there is a shortage of evacuation centers.
If you remember, from 2016 to 2021, nearly 400 have been initiated by the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH).
